   I just checked the phone book here in Arroyo Grande, CA (check your spelling there) and there is no Kendal. I have a couple Kendalls, two LLs but no one L. Understand that this was forty years ago. I cannot find a Roland Kendall there either.

   I am not of the same Order but the Grand Lodge of California might have a record. Best of luck.
