Its a very secretive society as you know so I am not sure if anything is published but here is a journal review (you will have to pay to read it I guess)
    Burke, Janet M.
Leaving the Enlightenment: Women Freemasons after the Revolution
    Eighteenth-Century Studies – Volume 33, Number 2, Winter 2000, pp. 255-265

I am not quite sure if this is what you need, but I tried to help.

Eric, as a Freemason of the estoreric Order American Co-Masonry, I would ask why would you want or need such? Knowing the answers to the questions does not make you a Fellowcraft, not just those answers. Plus, the questions vary from Order to Order, district to district.

So if you wish to know these things, as your Worshipful Junior Warden. He or she (in American Co-Masonry we admit women and men) is supposed to get you your study materials.

If you are not a Freemason, this really does not concern you.

Amon Ra Lodge (Los Angeles, CA)
Sapientia Lodge of Research (Larkspur, CO)
Adamant Mark Lodge (Santa Cruz, CA)

  3. Freemason Bondi Says:

If you are a Freemason, looking for written works to learn from, or aid study you will already be aware that most areas the catechism is taught mouth to ear, ie orally and not written down, so contact your mentor or proposer

However if you are not a Freemason and are interested in the contents of the cermeonies, but do not want to join Freemasonry I would suggest purchasing one of the many publically available books on the individual degrees. J S M Ward is one of the more popular authors who wrote a “hand book” for each of the degrees, which highlights meanings, thoughts, etc of each of the degrees without actually revealing too much, so if you later decided to join it wouldnt be spoiled. Just remember any book you purchase is the authors personal evaluations, opinions, intepretation and not necessarily that which is taught to all Freemasons.

The main reason we do not discuss the content of ritual, although it is not technically a secret, it would spoil it for anyone wishing to join, as it is important in being a Freemason to experience the rituals without prior knowledge.

They are quite cleverly done, to draw attention to certain things, elements etc with an understanding of what is going to happen, the effect is somewhat diluted.

Also many Grand Lodges produce what is called a monitor, and written aid to the Freemason for his studies, anything in the monitor is open for the public to know, but as with most things in Freemasonry it is unique to the Grand Lodge, and lodges under it’s jurisdiction, and does not represent Freemasonry, it’s teachings, contents etc as a whole.

With out knowing more than you wish to see a copy it is a little hard to assist any further, but please feel free to send a more direct question via my Answers Profile and if I can help I will.
