Over 200 years ago, in 1797, one of the most respected scientists in the world wrote a book entitled Proofs of a Conspiracy (London: Creech, Cadell, Davies Publ., 1797). He was John T. Robison, secretary general to Scotland’s prestigious Royal Society and professor of natural philosophy at the University of Edinburgh. What he detected while on sabbatical in Europe was a new element in the Grand Orient Masonic Lodges. He was approached by Adam Weishaupt, the founder of this new elite, inviting him to join an inner circle known as Illuminism. Adam weishauptadam Weishaupt was a professor of canon law at the University of Ingolstadt. He started the Order of the Illuminati on May 1, 1776, originally calling it the Order of Perfectibilists. His plan was to use the Grand Orient Lodges of Europe as a filtering mechanism through which to screen out talent and build a hierarchy of inner circles. Like the Mafia of today, only the inner circle could be trusted with the true purpose of the Order. According to the Encyclopedia of Freemasonry (Albert G. Mackey. Richmond, Virginia: Macoy Publishing. 1966, p.474), “its professed object was, by the mutual assistance of its members, to attain the highest possible degree of morality and virtue, and to lay the foundation for the reformation of the world by the association of good men to oppose the progress of moral evil.” Behind that benevolent appearing objective, the true purpose of the Illuminati, according to Robison, was world hegemony: a world order ruled by an elite pretending to represent the common man, an elite who had penetrated every aspect of society from the arts to politics and law while shaping public opinion with more subtlety than the average citizen was able to detect. The Illuminati was presumed to have been dispersed by the end of the century but some people such as David Icke, Ryan Burke and Morgan Gricar, have argued that the Bavarian Illuminati survived and believe that Illuminati members chose instead to conceal themselves and their plans within the cloak of Freemasonry, under which auspices they continue to thrive. They have maintained a stranglehold on the political, financial and social administration of the United States and other nations acting as a shadowy power behind the throne, controlling world affairs through present day governments and corporations. The Illuminist plan was to unseat the present powers of hereditary aristocracy and replace them with an intellectual aristocracy, using a staged revolt of the masses. This, indeed, was exactly what the French Revolution appeared to be – key people in the Bavarian Illuminati catalyzing great numbers of people. The French Revolution was not a historical accident happening by whim, but was manipulated by geniuses who had their own agenda. Many believe the Illuminati are the masterminds behind events that will lead to the establishment of such a New World Order, and see connections between the Illuminati, Freemasonry, the Trilateral Commission, British Emperialism, International Zionism and communism that all lead back to a bid for world domination. In more recent years the Illuminati has allegedly been involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy and has been at the forefront of indoctrinating the American public into their socialist one-world agenda. It is difficult to uncover the facts regarding the modern day role of the Illuminati as most of the information is cloaked in secrecy. Every Freemason has undertaken sworn oath on his/her life to help and protect Brethren and Fraternity, period. This is bound to have effect on their ability to give their all in the best interest of their client in all circumstances, and/or their ability attack another identifiable brother Freemason in opposition to their “profane” client (profane means unlearned and is what freemasons call none masons) with such vigour that might hurt or destroy him/her, as is sometimes necessary to win a case outright. Indeed if the opposition should happen to be his lodge master he is literally to be treated almost as, if not equal to God. It is arguable that the lodge master would never place a solicitor in that situation, but should it be in their hand to decide?
I have in my possession books re denial reply – i.e “Unlocked Secrets by James Dewar” “The Brotherhood by Stephen Knight” and others – There are very many sites on internet – i.e. “Duncans Masonic Ritual -” “Freemasonry Watch” and others those interested read for yourselves, it is the duty of Freemasons to arrange discourse and denials.
